Name/Phone/Address
Displays a Print Preview containing the names, home and work phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses for the currently loaded records. Before displaying the preview a message box gives you an estimate of the number of pages that will be in the document. This is to help prevent you from sending a five hundred page document to the printer when you really only wanted to print out a list of ten people.

Current Voter Full
Displays a Print Preview containing all the information on the Voter Details screen for the current record. Message boxes ask if you would like to include Donations and Notes in this report. If you answer 'Yes' and there are Notes or Donations records for the current Voter then they are included in the report.

Current Records To TSV
Exports the currently loaded records to a Tab Separated Value file. If you would like to be able to edit and then re-import data then use the 'Exports, Updates and Imports' button from the 'Options' screen.

Minimal List
Used by most of our customers as Contact Sheets for the gathering of phone numbers and email addresses, the Minimal List creates about 40 records per page with space to add phone numbers, email addresses, instant group checkboxes, along with some very useful statistics about each voter such as age, participation stats, years registered. Creating a Minimal List from a Group made up of several streets, sorted by street name, along with an accompanying map makes yours into a well healed pavement pounding machine while your opponent will probably be looking like a toddler in traffic.

Current Voter Notes
Displays a Print Preview containing the Notes for the current voter. Before displaying the preview a message box appears asking if you would like to include 'Archived' notes, and then a second message box appears asking if you would like to include 'Current' notes.

All Records Notes
Displays a Print Preview containing all Notes in the entire district. Before displaying the preview a message box appears asking if you would like to include 'Archived' notes, and then a second message box appears asking if you would like to include 'Current' notes. If you diligently archive notes that are no longer current then this feature can be used to create a document containing all current Notes. By the way, you do not have to actually print out the document that is created. It can be exported to either a text or html file and saved on to your hard drive.

Current Voter Donations
Displays a Print Preview containing all donations from the current voter.

Displays a Print Preview containing all donations from the entire district.

Export Donations
Displays a message box explaining how to Export Donations records from MrDistrict to an Excel© file through the 'Settings/Data Tools' screen. For instructions on exporting click here.

Address Labels
Displays a Print Preview containing mailing labels for the currently loaded records. Before displaying the preview a message box gives you an estimate of the number of pages that will be in the document. Culled Address Labels
Displays a Print Preview containing mailing labels for the unique addresses in the currently loaded records. The first line of the address of labels to households with more than one voter will be set to the family name, something like, 'The Smith Family'. Before displaying the preview a message box gives you an estimate of the number of pages that will be in the document. When the preview appears a count of the addresses that were culled out appears at the top of the window.

Addresses to Excel
Sends the currently loaded people's names and addresses to an Excel© file. This could be useful when the user only wishes to export the names and addresses for a professional printer.

Addresses to CSV
Sends the currently loaded people's names and addresses to a standard text-style data export file. This could be useful when the user only wishes to export the names and addresses for a professional printer.

Group Contact Sheet
Displays a Print Preview containing the names, home and work phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses for the currently loaded Group.
This printout is highly suited for collecting contact information, especially door to door, but also just for any group.

Group Member Details
Displays a Print Preview containing all the information on the Voter Details screen for each of the members of the currently loaded Group.
